Antique Baccarat

Antique Baccarat Scattered Millefiori on Upset Muslin, Signed and Dated B1848. Twelve complex millefiori canes ,including one with shamrocks, are set on upset muslin around a central moth (or butterfly) cane. Silhouette canes include an antelope, goat, horse, rooster, dog and a black monkey. Condition: good, some very slight surface blemishes (do not interfere with the viewing of the weight) and 2 small chips, one on the base, the other on the basal ring. Flaws: a tiny piece of cullet, hard to find and does not interfere with the design.
