We were saddened to learn of the unexpected death last November of William Gaskill, President of the Paperweight Collectors' Association. William was an able and well-respected leader who could usually be found with a smile on his face. He was a very intelligent and congenial gentleman who did not hesitate to implement policies that he felt would benefit the PCA. His vision, good judgement and advice will be missed by all those who worked with him as well as many of the paperweight collectors with whom he forged strong bonds of friendship.
