Gentile Glass

According to Jean Melvin in her book "American Glass Paperweights" this is a "production" (see photo, p. 70) paperweight from John Gentile at the Gentile factory in West Virginia or possibly from his father, Peter Gentile, earlier when he worked at the Fry Factory in Rochester, PA or the Morgantown Glassworks. This paperweight was made in the early to mid 20th century.
